This Shipping Policy explains how NGUYEN PHUONG DONG LLC processes, fulfills, and delivers orders for our engraved magnets, stickers, and T-shirts. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

We understand that receiving your order in good condition and within a reasonable timeframe is important to you. We are committed to processing orders efficiently, choosing reliable shipping carriers, and providing clear communication about delivery expectations.

2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Production Time

Before any order ships, it must be produced. As a print-on-demand company, we create every product specifically for your order. Production time varies based on product type, quantity, complexity of customization, and current order volume.

Typical production times:

  • Engraved Magnets: 2-4 business days

  • Stickers: 1-3 business days

  • T-Shirts: 2-5 business days

  • Mixed product orders: 3-5 business days (longest applicable time)

These are estimates, not guarantees. During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), production times may extend. We will post notices on our website if we anticipate significant delays.

2.2 Order Cutoff Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays). Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are typically queued for production that same day. Orders submitted after cutoff or on weekends/holidays begin production on the next business day.

2.3 Factors Affecting Production Time

Several factors may extend production time:

  • Complex custom artwork requiring manual review

  • Large quantity orders (100+ units)

  • Technical issues with uploaded files requiring customer communication

  • Equipment maintenance or unexpected production issues

  • High volume periods

If we anticipate that your order will require significantly more than typical production time, we will notify you via email.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within The United States)

3.1 Shipping Carriers

For domestic shipments, we primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. The specific carrier for your order depends on package weight, dimensions, destination, and your selected shipping speed. We choose the carrier that provides the best combination of reliability and cost for each order.

3.2 Shipping Methods And Delivery Timeframes

After production completes, shipping timeframes begin. Delivery estimates assume business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) and are not guaranteed unless you select an expedited service with a guarantee.

Note: Express shipping does not expedite production time; it expedites delivery after production completes.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination zip code, and selected shipping method. Costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We do not mark up shipping costs for profit. Our rates reflect the actual charges from our carriers plus minimal packing materials and handling.

3.4 Free Shipping Offers

From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping promotions for orders meeting minimum purchase thresholds. Any such offer will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically during checkout when conditions are met.

4. International Shipping

4.1 Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, enter your address to confirm that we ship to your location. If your country is not available for selection, please contact us; we may be able to add it.

4.2 Carriers For International Shipping

International orders ship via USPS International, UPS Worldwide, or DHL Express. Carrier selection depends on destination, package characteristics, and your selected shipping speed.

4.3 International Delivery Timeframes

International shipping times vary significantly based on destination, carrier, customs processing, and shipping method.

Standard International:

Tracking: Limited tracking in some countries

Expedited International (UPS Worldwide or DHL Express):
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after production
Tracking: Full tracking available
Note: Expedited international shipping can be expensive; cost is calculated at checkout.

4.4 International Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected method. Costs are displayed during checkout. International shipping is generally more expensive than domestic shipping due to longer distances and additional handling requirements.

4.5 Customs, Duties, And Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), import fees, or other charges imposed by your country’s government. These charges are your sole responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country; contact your local customs office for information.

We are required to declare the full value of merchandise on customs forms. We cannot mark merchandise as “gift” or declare lower values to help you avoid customs fees. Doing so would be illegal.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned to us, we will refund the product cost (less shipping and any return shipping fees we incur) but not the original shipping cost.

4.6 Customs Processing Delays

Customs inspections can delay delivery by days or even weeks. These delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, and such delays do not qualify for refunds.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Link to carrier’s tracking website

  • Estimated delivery date (based on carrier’s initial estimate)

Allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s system to show updates.

5.2 How To Track Your Order

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. This will take you to the carrier’s website where you can see the current status and history of your package’s journey.

You can also track orders by logging into your account on our website (if you created an account during checkout).

5.3 Tracking Limitations

Some shipping methods, particularly international standard shipping, offer limited tracking. You may see updates only when the package enters and leaves the United States and when it is delivered. Detailed intermediate scans may not be available.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Package Not Arriving Within Estimated Timeframe

If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window for your shipping method and destination:

First, check tracking information for updates. Carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues.

Please note that “delayed” is not the same as “lost.” We typically require 14-21 days beyond the estimate (depending on destination) before declaring a package lost.

6.2 Tracking Shows Delivered But You Did Not Receive The Package

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management

  • Look around your property (packages are sometimes left in unusual locations)

  • Wait 2-3 additional business days (carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before actual delivery)

If after these steps you still do not have your package, contact us. We will ask you to confirm you have taken the steps above and may ask you to file a claim with the carrier (we will provide guidance). Depending on the situation, we may reship or refund at our discretion.

We are not automatically responsible for packages marked delivered by carriers. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, our responsibility ends. However, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the situation.

6.3 Package Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for instructions. In summary: contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs showing the damage. Do not discard damaged items or packaging until we advise you.

6.4 Incorrect Address Provided

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

  • If the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, we are not responsible and no refund or replacement will be provided.

  • If the package is lost due to address error, we are not responsible.

Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you realize an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We may be able to correct the address if production has not started.

6.5 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a carrier attempts delivery but cannot complete it (for example, no one available to sign, no safe location to leave package), they will typically leave a notice. It is your responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or pickup. If the package is ultimately returned to us due to your failure to arrange delivery, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, we may split the shipment into multiple packages. This typically occurs when products have different production times or when weight/size constraints favor separate packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each package. There is no additional cost to you for split shipments.

8. Shipping Restrictions

8.1 PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes within the United States via USPS. For international orders, PO Box delivery may not be available depending on the destination country.

8.2 Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)

We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please allow extended delivery times (typically 2-4 weeks) as packages must go through military postal systems.

8.3 Remote Areas

Some remote areas (rural addresses, islands, certain international locations) may have extended delivery times or limited carrier options. During checkout, our system will indicate available shipping methods for your address.

8.4 Prohibited Items And Destinations

We comply with all applicable laws and carrier restrictions. We do not ship to countries subject to US trade sanctions. We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations with shipping restrictions or unreliable postal service.

9. Shipping Insurance

Standard shipping includes limited insurance coverage. For high-value orders, we may add additional insurance at our discretion. If you require specific insurance coverage for your order, please contact us before ordering to discuss options and additional costs.

10. Lost Packages

10.1 Definition Of Lost

A package is considered lost when:

  • It has not arrived within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date for domestic orders

  • It has not arrived within 45 days of the latest estimated delivery date for international orders

  • The carrier confirms the package is lost

10.2 Lost Package Resolution

If your package is confirmed lost:

  • We will reship your order at no additional cost, OR

  • We will provide a full refund, including original shipping charges

You may choose which resolution you prefer. Reshipment is subject to product availability.

10.3 Lost Package Investigation

Before declaring a package lost, we may ask you to wait additional time for delivery or to complete a carrier inquiry. These steps are sometimes successful in locating delayed packages.

11. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November through January), shipping carriers experience higher than normal volume. Delivery times may extend beyond standard estimates. We recommend ordering holiday gifts at least 2-3 weeks before the desired delivery date to account for production time and potential carrier delays.

We are not responsible for late deliveries during peak seasons, and we do not guarantee delivery by specific holiday dates.
